Attached dzus fasteners to chassis and nose cone for mounting.

Finished mounting the windshield framing to the scuttle. Drilled and tapped the aluminum channel extrusion to 1/4″ to be fastened with 6 screws hex head screws total to attach to the uprights. Kit is from Jack McCornack and kinetic vehicles down in Oregon. Made a cardboard pattern for the windshield and checked it against a Model A spare windshield we had. Not quite right so well get a new one cut up.

Smoothing out the nose cone insert transitions and adding a bottom section. Bottom section covers where the chassis shows as the cone was not deep enough when we placed it as high as we needed it to cover the engine.
